Description
Ironwood trail and the Spicebush Trail are in the same area. Choose which one you want or do both for a complete loop.
Along the way, you will cross a large wooden suspension bridge that crosses a tributary to Kincaid Lake. You will likely have some wildlife sightings during your walk.
The trails are named after some of the plants that grow in the area. On the ridgetops, you will get a nice view of Kincaid Lake. There are some steep descents on the trail. The adventure starts on the Ironwood Trail and then follows Spicebush Trail back toward the trailhead to complete a 2.25 mile loop. During rainy periods, the trails can be muddy.
